Who are you? Tell me your story.
My name is Inès, I’m 29 years old. I’ve always done a lot of sports, but I started working at a desk job, sitting for 8 hours a day. I didn’t have the knowledge to go to the gym and say, “I know how to use this machine.”
What did your fitness look like before training at Studio Fit U?
I was always the one who was injured — there was always something wrong somewhere. I didn’t know what would work for me physically, and although I had some background in health, it wasn’t enough to guide me through effective training.
What were the struggles or challenges you were facing before starting the process with us?
I didn’t want to follow another generic plan that didn’t suit me. I was looking for support to help me move in a way that respected my physical condition and didn’t cause more injuries.
Why did you come to us? What were your goals at the beginning? (Fat loss, muscle gain, rehab, strength...)
I wanted to regain a more athletic physique and, most importantly, avoid pain and injury. I also needed something that actually worked for my specific situation.
Tell me how your journey has gone so far. What did you enjoy the most about your process?
What I appreciated the most was our first meeting. I thought, “Are they going to sell me a plan I can’t detach from?” But instead, I was told, “My goal is for you to become autonomous.” That was huge. I was learning how to define my own goals and how to reach them — and to leave only when I felt ready.
What’s your relationship like with your coach? What role did your coach play in your transformation?
The relationship was truly personal. Everything was tailored to me — my needs, my goals, my physical condition. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all solution.
What results have you achieved so far, and how long did it take?
I lost nearly 1% of body fat and gained almost 2 pounds of muscle. But more importantly, I’ve had no knee pain for 2 months. I went snowboarding two weeks ago — no pain, no ice packs, no issues. That’s my biggest victory.
Outside of training, what other aspects of your life have changed?
It gave me more confidence. And being in a semi-private setting with others created a real sense of community — we encourage each other, we talk, and we push ourselves. It helps build motivation and relationships, even in adult life.
What do you think of the team and the center?
The team is amazing. Everything is adapted. If someone doesn’t know where to start, this is the best place to begin taking care of your body.
Would you recommend us to someone? If so, why?
Yes, I already have. For all the reasons I’ve mentioned — the personalization, the coaching, the environment, and the results.
