My name is Amanda, and I've been training here and a client of Sami’s at Studio Fit U for 9 months - since last April.
What were your biggest challenges before getting started?
I struggled with persistent lower back and also shoulder pain that kind of left me feeling apprehensive about engaging in any physical activity. Over time, these challenges crushed my motivation.
What were you doing before training at Studio Fit U?
I wasn't engaging in much physical activity because of my pain and lack of motivation. I felt unmotivated and I never knew when my pain points would flair up.
What are the aspects that you appreciate the most at Studio Fit U?
The incredible support that I receive from the trainers. They're so well-trained and patient, especially when it comes to understanding my pains and my limitations. They're always there to answer my questions or address any hesitations that I have. They know exactly how far to push me even when I'm hesitant, and it always ends up being the right amount.
What have you achieved by training here?
I've lost weight and gained noticeable muscle. I think that's the thing I'm most excited about. I'm now doing exercises I honestly never thought would be possible for me before. Seeing constant progress, both in how I feel and in the visual results, has been really rewarding.
What wins/improvements have you felt that you did not expect?
Just not living in daily pain. I feel more motivated and confident, which has been a pleasant surprise and has encouraged me to keep pushing forward.

It offers a supportive and motivating environment. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you improve. It's also a place where you can push yourself while feeling encouraged and supported.
